Mrs. Benaoussar has accumulated 17 years of intensive experience working with students in diverse positions from a head start teacher to an academic assistant principal at a local high school. Her experience is diverse not only in her work as an educator but also in her educational background. Mrs. Benaoussar is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership in Education and Administration, has earned a Masters in secondary education, Bachelors in Physics, minored in Mathematics, and performed one year of research in the nuclear Chemistry field. Throughout her career, she has built an extensive list of contributions and achievements that have been the foundation of her success to date.
Mrs. Sandy Ramirez: Is the mother of three beautiful children. She has been married for 14 years to a wonderful husband. Mrs. Ramirez is the daughter of migrant field workers and her upbringing was humble. Her parents instilled the importance of perseverance and completion of an education. She valued and admired her teacher’s knowledge and their gift to inspire. I embraced the ah ha moments. During my sophomore year I applied and was accepted to a summer upper bound program at the University of Santa Cruz, it was through this experience that I solidified my determination to pursue a University degree and help youth pursue their dreams and aspirations. I understood through personal experiences that education had a powerful correlation to one’s quality of life and personal satisfaction. I knew from this point forward that I would pursue a minimum of a Master’s degree. I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University. Soon after receiving my Bachelor’s I was offered a Guidance Counseling position at a small inner city High School. I quickly fell in love with this role and the field. I was given an opportunity to help youth pursue their educational dreams and instill in them the value of an education. Two years into this field I returned to school and completed a Masters of Arts in Education. This degree helped provide our school community further resources and establish a solid Guidance Counseling program. I have previously held Administrative roles as an Assistant Principal and Principal. It is a great honor to help our students and families create and plan their High School Education. I look forward to helping Think Through Academy Student’s and their Families.
Dewi Sudjono: “Diverse background has landed her to become a passionate educator”. Mrs. Sudjono acquired her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California, and also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also a co-founder of ARIYANTI Education Foundation in Bandung, Indonesia which dedicates to vocational and professional education of underprivileged students.
She has a various working experiences to include: Real Estate Banking, Self-Entrepreneurship, educational management, ISO auditor in Quality Management System for education, before she is finally finding her real passion working to nurture creative individual with character. She believes in care and devotion to develop human resources; it will reveal someone’s hidden talents. She believes personal development is a long life education.
Her passion in human resources field has motivated her to pursue a certification in human resources. She is now pursuing a SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification for her personal development.
As her recent relocation to Arizona, her diverse experiences and her background in managing the Institute of Education will enrich the Think Through Academy team in global diversity.
Naureen Hassan: offers specialization in charter school administration, curriculum design and development, common core Standards; multi-subject Instruction, classroom management, technology integration, teacher training / mentoring, and teacher / administrator collaborations. She is also highly skilled in committee leadership; student / parent relations; 1:1 Student Support; college and career readiness counseling; STEM, SPED, and ELL; and RTI Interventions. Mrs. Hasan holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Western International University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration (Karachi University) and has worked in the field of finance and taxation for some years before entering the field of education. Furthermore, she actively participates in rigorous professional training / development endeavors to keep up-to-date with national education reforms, instructional techniques, and scholastic trends. Currently, as a Department Chair of High School Math, Technology & Science for Sequoia Choice Precision School, she successfully lead multifaceted instructional initiatives within this growth-focused charter school. Within this role, she conceptualized, designed, and developed a comprehensively detailed curriculum map for high school Math courses.
